There is no standard as to which punch should be the hardest in relation to which hand you are dominant with. I am naturaly right handed, My hardest punch I think is my right uppercut and hook. followed closely by my right cross. Most of my ko's come off a left hook and uppercut. Your style, form and the angles you punch from are more important than how hard you hit. I could throw my rights all day and a lot of them wont do any damage even though they are harder. Apponents " the good ones at least" see the right coming. Can block slip or just prepare to take the shot better. "a lot of ko's come from just not seeing the punch" Practise your form and skills with intensity and disciplin. Don't worry so much about which hand hits harder.

What I mean is A straight the right leg pushes foward. A hook it doesnt but the leg turns with the hips but doesnt push
