No I have had plenty of luck with the ladies. I used to have more than I could handle and I am hardly a rookie. I was just making an observation that most hot girls like his are vain about their guys looks. I lost about 10 lbs... But alot of that was water weight and Thanksgiving didn't help...

I lost about 4 lbs... but Thats not from me eating right, its more from me barely eating at all

Ill have like 2 fish sandwhiches a day and thats it lol

Ima change that tho, as I have a fight coming up in January

I been doing a lot of running but, I think my biggest problem is what I eat... I don't really cook so I end up eating on the run... Been trying to eat a lot of egg whites recently... Haven't weighted myself but, I know I'm in much better shape although it may not appear physically... Just working hard to make it very noticeable physically... I gotta fix my work regimen in the kitchen more than the gym...
