i don't know but a trainer at my gym said that for one day a week you should binge eat on whatever you want. Take one day break from the diet as a reward for being good all week.
anyways, i'm in but not to lose weight but to attain muscle. i'm currently 150 lbs i'm trying to get up to 156 while keeping my speed. we'll see how that goes.

I recently stepped up my cardio with some extra pushups and crunches, i do about 150 in the morning of each and then another 150 of each before bed.. i think you can see a big difference already in my abs and physique muscle wise with the extra cardio.
I also stopped doing weights for a few weeks, just for now because i just felt stiff in the arms and didnt feel really fast in the hands, but now i feel more relaxed in the arms and body and feel better moving around in the ring, i might start doing some lighter weights havnt really decided yet.
