      I'm down, but i'm a tad late in starting. Currently 5'11 160 pounds.

        Well this is me, already in shape, just tryna get down from 76kgs to 71kg...thats 167lbs to 156lbs, have to do that by Dec. 1st when I might be fighting, it looks realistic but I'm outta training for a week now and also not much fat to lose but those damn muscles....I'm 5'8

                    if someone could upload some legendary nights it would help me out with my motivation

                      you know what your 'motivation' should be....to have a sick ass body that girls will love and to be the best athlete YOU can be...that's great motivation right there man. just get into a routine of 5-6 days of straight working out and you're good to go.
