      I started today.
      Hit the track around 9 for the usual run. I went all out for about 2 laps (.5 miles) and started to feel it. I jogged until i hit the 2.5 mile mark (where I usually stop). And then instead of driving home, I sprinted it (about .33 miles); got home and hit the jump rope, went about 20 minutes and then got into the body weight exercises. I did 3 sets of 25 pushups (clapping), 3 sets of 100 body weight squats, and finished with an ab workout. I finished around 10:30.
      I feel great.

      Weight - 198
      Height - 5"11.5'

              dam, a forgot we i start today oh well a,l have to work hark cause breakfast was,nt good for me i had 3 slices of toast and a hot chocklate. hehe a feel like a fat ****. i,m going to a football match today so i,m not going to eat anything there when i get back it will be a half hour run.

                im going to a birthday party at friend tonight get drunk and eat loads off ribs.

                so ill start monday

                  Just finished drills with my trainer, could barely throw a jab at the end of the session and was drenched head to toe in sweat, and now im finishing off the day with a big meal

                      hmm...i broke up with my girlfriend because i was gonna ask another girl out but now i dont know if she even likes me...so i havent trained in a few days, im all feeling depressed and ****
