Others may think diffrently but i wouldnt be tryin the more advanced stuff right now its only your second day. Focus on the jab and right and hooks if you feel comfortable.
You should also be runnin if you really cant get up in morning or you have other commitments do it later at night or in the middle of the day.
As for only bein able to punch for 10mins thats actualy pretty good seein how you havnt done much in 4years. But you should try timin yourself with a stopwatch. Go for 2-3minute rounds with 1min rest inbetween.

Hey, thanks for the reply Jones

Yea, currently my schedule is quite hectic, but I will start running later. On the third day I enjoyed boxing again, I am very comfortable with jabs and straight. But as you said, so I will concentrate more on jabs and straight from now on.

But I think I am quite uncomfortable with left uppercut, even today I tried it but it's just not right. Is left-uppercut quite a difficult move to make for right handers?

Thanks for your helps guys, you've been very nice with me.

        GUYS!!

I am REALLY enjoying BOXING, I mean hitting the bag ofcourse....

I think I am hitting it HARD...but I feel little pain on the fist ... yes I do wear boxing gloves, but still it hurts...what do you guys think?

And my stamina has increased... I could hit bag for around 45 mins (with 1-2min break)

Well, I am not kidding dude. I am sorry if you think I am ****tin.

Yes, I could hit the bag hard now, and I do like for 45 Mins (with 1-2 min rest in between ofcourse).

You seems to forget that I was bodybuilder few years ago. Did a 300lbs benchpress.

Have you ever lifted 225lbs barbel curls in your entire life?..

prince what are your goals in boxing, most of the guys on here train for competetive boxing you seem to just want to use this to get in shape.

and dont start the bodybuilding vs boxing argument...although its probably too late.

Hey thanks for the reply buddy.

No I am not starting any boxing Vs. bodybuilding argument here, both sports are different and has its own uniqueness. And I am not doing training to fight, as I said I am already 26 years old, and I guess it's a bit too old to start.

It's just I don't get it, if I said I could do it for 45mins with 1-2 min break, whats the problem with it?. Yea I know "Rocky" is just a movie, so what?
