    LMAO
I got more info than anybody on this site when it comes to training and nutrition, save maybe bigdozer. I use it for no other reason than to help people who are in the same sport. And you want to start **** with me? why did I steal some attention from you? I copied and pasted an article from a friend of mine at rossboxing, not because I didn't know the info, but because he had already put it together nicely. And thats just one article. Look at the rest of my "****" Look man dont be such a hater. If you know better speak your mind. Any time you wanna compare knowledge I'm here. son

I've seen your workout program. It sucks. You're training without function...which is probably why you haven't even seen results.

that comment right there proves to me you know very little about what it is that you say. Thank you for saving me the time figuring out what your problem is.

I rest my case. All you are doing is running and burpee's and all of that garbage. How does that make you more explosive?

Like I said, you are training without function. ANd that's fact.

For gods sake look at the whole training regimine not just my road work dumbass. You obviosly have no knowledge of how the human body works and where your power comes from. So I'm not going to argue with you about training. It's like yelling at the deaf.

get up at 3:30 every day to do my road work, thats 4 miles at a better than comfortable pace, then spints, pushups and burpees. I also like to after a 4 mile run, do a routine like 20 burpees, 50yd sprint drop to 20 isometric pushups, (claps) jog back to the starting point, 15 squatthrust, or mnt climbers sprint another 50yds jog back to start and repeat 5X or 400 meters of carying a 100 lb bag matched with more sprints or stair climbing for four sets. Thats just the start of my day. I spar 10 rnds later on after work my warm up for that is 4 rnds jump rope, 4 rnds speed bag and 4 rnds shadow bowing. 3-4 RNDS heavy bag Inbetween rnds of heavy bag I do body weight squats, lunges. or pushups. You can see I incorporate the conditioning into my skills training. Off days I take it a little easier with the road work do my weight training and strength exersizes I do nothing on Sat and Sun to recover. Mix it up and keep it interesting.
