guys please understand this i should have posted it erlyer my last fight was august 1st before the season had started but the fight went down before it started because there so many fighters at 15 with the same age and weight as me so they had to cut the numbers down by 16 people for the eastern disricts at that time i had been out of training for 2 months but got the fight any way and at that time i was 59 kilo,s but the guy took the fight anyway because i un fit and 2 kilo over . dont know why but he thought it was gonna be a easy fight i scored a rsc,tko what ever u wanna call it but i only had 1 week notice b4 the fight were i managed to lose 3kgs after my coach told me not to worry about loseing weight again and told me exactly wen my next was 1st of oct but now the pric turns round and say we need u to fight on the seventeenth instead ,pisses me off. 7days left weight right now is 65.2 weight 57kgs i think the guy will take the fight if i can get down to 59 because he has been giving all mouth and he wont let his m8,s down now.

and u ask why i let my weight get this far out of my fighting weight only training twice a week and not stepping on the scales for over a month.

and i hope you realise i wasnt just drinking water and eating salad at this time.

Well, I hope both you and your trainer will keep an eye on your weight in the future. My guys go on the weight EVERY night in the gym.

Yup. I've been training fighters since 2000. I've got a few good ones too.

Dude don't starve urself to make weight u will get owned in the fight... be real man look at the consequences of fighting and not fighting... If u don't fight u might get ppl thinking ur a ***** but then u can shut em up when u come in the rescheduled fight in shape and kick ur opponents ass. If u fight now u will probably get ur ass kicked
