Do finger and knuckle pushups work the wrist hand hand muscles?

    yeah but if you start working one area and the change your reutine who knows when that area will get a proper work out again

        As long as all the muscles get worked it doesn't matter if you're using the same technique to work them.

          Finger and knuckle pushups were once upon a time standard training practise in boxing, sadly it has been neglected modern times. Years ago boxers believed that it strengthened the bones of the hands. It don't know if any research has been done on this, but it seems to me that hand injuries are much more common these days. Too many young guys are wasting their time in weightlifting when they should be doing proper boxing training.
