I do road work at 5:30am, anytime after that and I'll be dodging heavy traffic and old people so it's best to run before they all get up.

i always felt that running at night, right before bed, was more beneficial for weight loss than running in the morning, because if you can make yourself go to sleep after a hard run at night with your metabolism chewing up what you've eaten throughout the day, then goto bed, where the calories are supposed to be put on your ass, but they aren't, cuz of the run. I've lost alot of weight like that, but I do boxing training as well
