        i like doing mine when i wake up no special time just whenever i wake up whitch is usaully about 10 but over mid summer i love running in the heat theres nothing better then it

          Summertime, I do them around 12 PM. When school starts, it's usually 5 AM.

            Thats why it's good to do it then. My dad always says doing little things when you don't want to do them is the best way to build mental toughness.

              i agree. u build mental toughness by doing things u sometimes dont want to do but just get on with it. and u feel much better about it when uv done it.

                thanks very much lads. so what yous are sayin is that if i just get up and get on with it, it will come natural to me so that i dont feel the need to fall back into bed again and that i will be bothered to do the things i dont want to?

                  heres what I do..I set my alarm 30 minutes before I have to get up to run..When my alarm goes off I take a caffeine pill(no dose) then go back to sleep for 1/2 hour then wake up feeling great..I have never felt good upon waking up so this method is the only way I can run in the mornings..

                      you got to get up fast as hell b4 the temptations of sleep get to you, just jump in the shower and go you will feel good when you up, you hesitate, your done
