Actually caucasians are naturally gentically stronger in the upper body. Thats why sports like shotput and stuff is 99% caucasian while blacks are naturally genetically superior in the lower legs.

i've time and time again i dont lift weights, i did for 2 years for wrestling thats all and that was twice a week only.i know ppl that r like me its jus rare thats all.i get the did u play football or lift weights question everyday when im at work, it gets very tiring explaining.
Actually the Germanic peoples are genetically strongest. Im not abit Germanic but those nordic people like Swedish and Danish have the strongest physical genes of any race. Most of the worlds strongest men come from that part of the world.
