Skills before everything else. As long as you aren't fat

The main thing is that you are comfortable in your weight.

I grew up in a big wrestling community. Something about cutting weight &/or not getting your needed nutrition as a youth seems like it has long term impact on your body.
sounds like the body type of Anorak.

                    I’m 31, 5 ft 9, and about 73kg.

My cousin recently got certified as a nutritionist, and he’s also a competitive long distance runner. He calculated my BMI as a bit of fun and then said I was on the healthy end of almost being overweight. Then he started putting together a nutrition plan for me to lose weight.

I was like “are you ****ing kidding me?!”, I’m in pretty good shape, at the time I was lifting 3 times a week and doing HIIT. Abs were visible but not shredded.

it’s weird that he couldn’t use his eye balls to workout that BMI scores don’t always reflect the individual.
