Sparring bigger guys, whats the most weight you give up?

Weight doesn't matter so much, it's speed and strength that matters. I've read and from what I've seen at gyms it seems accurate, that the average person can bench press around 90% of their body weight.
I weigh 11 stone 7 pounds, but can do 3 x 8 reps at 16 stone bench pressing, making me as strong as the average 17 stone man, with the speed of somebody much lighter.
I wouldn't fight someone who weights 17 stone and can bench 25 stone, especially if they had any kind of speed, but an average 17 stone guy, no problem.
It all depends on body type, I'm not heavy, but I'm almost all muscle.
