If you partake in combat/contact sports..
Neck & trap work can be preferable to include.
But weigh up the risks of less concussion/neck injury vs sleep conditions.
As for trap development? I'm not saying I'm super hench or shredded or anything, but traps are easy as hell to grow indirectly.
Just deads, pendlay rows and band upperback pull variations (usually all get lumped in together as "Facepulls")
Virtually no vertical press or pulls and zero shrugs.

Canelo's body is very achievable by everyone given you are dedicated and disciplined.
Most people are extremely unknowledgeable about fitness and they see someone like Canelo and think they can never achieve that and that it is extremely hard work and to be honest its just consistency and dedication to the diet.
