    Breakfast before or after running?

I have been on so many athlete websites and they all say eat breakfast before you go running in the morning, but i,ve seen some guys on this forum saying eat breakfast after your run. I,m confused and i need to know which is better. Thanks.

Honestly...I'd say it really doesn't matter. The fact of the matter is...you're actually going out to run.

For boxers I assume you would eat after so you lose weight easier but I'm not sure. Don't quote me on it.

      It's What's Best For You

I myself always run before breakfast. I tried eating first a couple times but it made me sluggish and gave me stomach cramps. My advice would be to try both and see what works for you. But i do feel strongly about you burning more fat without eating i was 20 pds overweight and it just seemed to melt off, but i also do a little weight traing and speed bag and heavybag work 5 times a week

i dont know if its true but ive had a bunch of people tell me that if you run before breakfast you burn like 3x more calories. but who knows? i always run before because i have the same problem with feeling sluggish.

The fact that you do it is good enough. But I personally don't drink or eat before running because it makes me throw up. After the exercise, having a full meal is good.
