I've honestly been to obsessed with boxing in my prime man to really take another combat sport serious but been to Amsterdam 10 times and getting older .They have the best K1 gyms in the world in Holland and a good boxing style .Read about an American golden gloves boxer training in Amsterdam who said they were like pros .I want to do go to train man get to roundhouse to the head level .Check Mikes gym Amstedam sparring .

Dutch kickboxing gyms are quite well-known for sparring hard. This is from Mike's Gym in Amsterdam, the most successful kickboxing gym in the world. Pretty much all of the best kickboxers in the world in the top 5 have probably trained in this gym at one point. Here are some more sparring footage from this gym. Dutch gyms have this thing called Gehaktdag, or mincemeat day, where every week the fighters spar at 100%. Most other Dutch gyms have this as well.

They have good kickboxers. So does Thailand.

Although I will say that I have seen several Muay Thai fighters convert to boxing and become champions. As of yet no Dutch kickboxers have made the same transition successfully that I can think of.

This has been going on for years many gyms in England been doing this since days of full contact karate. this how you know if a fighter can fight or your not wasting your time who gets stage fright in his first fight and prepares you for hard fights

I've hit a rut boxing training cause i'm getting older no motivation but now working on a roundhouse and flexibility .Some difference on the posture helps get rid of bodyfat hits the obliques the stretches .I read it can take 6 months to 1 yr to get roundhouse to head level .Freestanding bags got one ringside elite looks like some bag .Mines is good hardly and movement a q sports 6 ft one i'll try and get a pic .Ringside have nailed it best freestanding bag .
