Anyone ever use Spar Bar?

It looks like a cool training tool, but the real deal is like $500 lol.
It's super tempting to just buy one, being cooped up at home so much.

I have 1 in my garage mounted and it cost me like $180. And yes its a good piece of equipment. My boys head movement got much better.

I have the 1 you have to mount on the wall and yes it f.cken hurts to get hit by it. In the beginning I made my boys wear head gear.
We also have a slip bag hanging in the garage, its filled with rocks... lol
