Im the short guy in the black shirt. Far from fighting shape, a few times, my eyes got away from me when rolling under. Suffered a bruised jaw the previous spar( hit during exchange with mouth open which is a no no)

    leave some tips and comments

we both will be fighting by April....he will be at between 138 and 152 and i will be at 125-138. we are about 12 lbs apart in this video

You are both better than I am so I'm really not qualified to offer much critique. The only think I did notice is that when you back away to reset you cross your front foot over and close yourself. I don't know how much of a negative that is, but it's what I noticed.

I know you were looking for improvement points but basically all I can say is "Nice job".

First of all you both looked very composed for two guys with no fights. I was immediately impressed wit that.
Number one thing to work on is getting a snappy jab. Both of you seemed to lack a proper Jab that could snap someone’s head back.

Your sparring partner fights off a stiff front leg quite a bit. He lands with his hell and can't move just for a bit. You are much lighter on your feet. Either tell him he is doing it or you take advantage of it.
