I was thinking about buying resistance bands for improving speed and endurance. That ones, you but behind your back/shoulders and do punching movements for several seconds or minutes.
Does anybody have any experience with those?
I'm wondering how to adjust their sizes. A 5.5 feet boxer needs a different size than a 6.5 feet boxer.
