    I do that 5x a week back to back in a circuit. And I do 10 circuits. My reps are different for each exercise. Calve raises I might do 10x500 while pushups are 10x30 and pull-ups are 10x8.
    I tried something like this today at the time and it felt great. Goodstuff man

      No problem. Good you liked it. You can also superset 2 exercises at a time. Like superset Pushups and Pull-Ups for the 10 circuits going back and forth then do the next two. This would stimulate the muscles more but it's not a big difference, Just a variation.
