    Depends what sports you play. Steroid's are prevelant in boxing today, big man.

      If you are lifting for power and/or size, only work the same muscle group hard every third day. Obviously if you are doing light weights, sit-ups, push-ups, etc., you can work the same muscle groups every day, but don't work them to exhaustion every day, but rather no more than every other day.....
