  • Rate eachothers breakfast

    Hello,

    Looking to improve my meals and see what you guys eat. Also looking for recommendations on what to add in or remove for best results.

    Current breakfast:

    Banana before 5am run

    After run:

    Oatmeal + Chia Seeds + Tropical nut mix (coconut, raisins, nuts etc)
    2 Rice cakes with Jam
    Carrot + Apple
    Sugar free cranberry juice + Fish oil and multivitamin supplement.

    Macros:

    Carbohydrates: 117g (eeeek!)
    Protein: 15g (bit low)
    Fat: 19g
    Kcal: 695

        He has 200 grams of coco puffs, not hard to understand famalam

        I ate a cliff bar (260 cal) and coffee (1 calorie? Its negligible)

          Eat regular. I dont believe in breakfast like its a certain type of food. Ill eat a taco or veggie or tuna sandwich for "breakfast". I primarily still loosely practice intermediate fasting doe so I generally just eat within a certain hour window cuz I dont really believe in the whole 3 meals spread out through out the day thing most folks are on.

            Agreed. When I used to do the 3 meals a day, I would have a heavy stomach during training.
