    Butt sticking out while I spar

    After watching tape of sparring, I notice that my butt sticks out slightly when I am fighting in my stance. My torso is also slightly bent, but everything is in a straight line connected from my hips to my chest. Almost like a cornerback stance or basketball defensive. Should I change this? It feels fine to me but looks weird to the eye.

    If you're leaning, you're going to get punished for it. Try to keep your head above your hips, or slightly in front depending how you're moving. It's good that you're observing your form and taking an honest look at it.
    Usually, if there's issues in stance, they're related to issues in footwork. Evaluate how you're moving as well.

      Ok, thanks for the tips. So just stand completely upright?

        No, you will be bent in the legs and there's a lot of twisting throughout the body so it's not truly upright.

              Ok, and last question. Does the angle of my feet look correct, or a little more forward? Feet width?

                It's wide. Being too wide limits your movement, defense, and power.

                    Just bring them slightly wider than shoulder width. The goal is to not be over extended when you take a step either forward or back. Yours is not bad at all, and a lot of guys fight that wide, but when you fight wide you end up off balance sometimes. Wilder or a perfect example of that.

                    On the other hand, Andre Ward had a very neutral stance, allowing him to strike and get out of danger equally well. Your stance puts you in a position to press forward but other movement will be limited because each step leaves you overextended when you start wide.
