Sparring against a girl

Oh right, it hosts a variety of things, it hosts boxercize classes for fat people etc but it's also a gym that trains people to box, the gym owner is also a boxing promoter so he hosts a lot of competitions etc so I guess it's a bit of both.

There isn't anyone under the age of 18 in the competition, 18+ is a requirement to fight so I'm really wondering who she will be put against, there's two others there that I am better than but what if they are booked to fight each other and I have to fight her?I don't think I would be able to do it because what would I have to gain? If I beat her (which I know I would) especially badly I would look like a **** and if I somehow lost I would get laughed at.

Like imagine if I took the fight, went easy on her and ended up losing. I've also been training very hard, doing all of that to get a fight with a girl isn't a pay off (no offence).

You dont need to worry about that, there is 0 chance your promoter would make a competetive fight man vs woman, ive only ever seen a male and a female fight each other in an exhibition (basically sparring/show fight) which doesnt get scored.

It's good that you didn't F her up though. I sparred a womans champion, of some kind, way back when. It was like sparring a porcelain doll beginner...…...Rockin'

Sparred a girl once, treated her as if she was a man sparring me, she left the ring with a black eye and in tears.

I am one for equality and am actually a big fan of women's boxing but when in training your coach tells you to spar against a girl, what do you do? ]
