I've done both. I'm naturally lean but at one point wanted to see how muscular I could get. I got 60lbs above my natural weight. About the same weight and height as Arnold in his bodybuilding days. I felt like shyt. Blood pressure was high. Everything in life became awkward. I was constantly eating. On the juice. I had satisfied my curiosity and decided to taper back down. Now, I just focus on being healthy, staying lean with good muscularity in the chest, shoulders, and back.

In-between?
If I was a body builder professional and getting paid. I rather look like Arnold though.

Bruce Lee.
Looks good aesthetically plus he's lean, mean, and mobile for fighting/self defense purposes.

The span of an organism's life is defined by the amount of heartbeats, and to maintain arnold's physique requires more heartbeats working towards just 'looking pretty' rather than 'being deadly' which was what bruce did, and what I recommend.

Aesthetics? Arnold, hands down. While both have low body fat %s, Arnold looks like he hit the weight room while Lee looks like he just did calisthenics. Not saying Arnold is superior and Lee is inferior, but Arnold's is the body I want.
Supplement answer: I would rather have the ambition of Arnold than Lee. To be a world class body builder as a teenager, to come to the US not knowing a lick of English, get into movies without knowing any English, to be a movie star, marry into American royalty, become a governor of a major state, to have that kind of motivation and drive is admirable. I bet Arnold's name has inspired more people and be more legendary than Lee's. Lee wanted to be a movie star and became that. Arnold wanted to be a movie star, did it, and aimed even higher than that.
