I'm 18 (still growing into my frame), I walk around at 160 and I am extremely skinny at my weight. (Heck when I used to play high school soccer I was 165 pounds 5'7" and still looked skinny and my frame has only grown since then).

If you're at 160 I recommend forgetting about heavyweight. Its not realistic. Get down to the lowest weight possibly for your best chance at success

        1. I'm still growing into my frame.
        2. I'm really not at fighting weight at 160, I'm skinny as hell, I look like I'm from Ethiopia, I need to put on more muscle mass.

Aesthetics aren't important in fighting. Reach and height are.

Look at someone like Deontay Wilder or Jamal James, both are very thin, have knockout power.

You'll put on muscle as you train boxing, just focus on that and eating healthy and you'll end up at your fighting weight eventually.

            newsflash

            kyley murray isn't a boxer

No sounds like you could be a fat midget at heavyweight

Additionally, it would be extremely challenging for a boxer who WAS in perfect physical condition at that height and weight to compete in today's heavyweight division.
Mark Wahlberg is 5'8" and a lean 215 pounds, too bulky for a boxer yes, but I'm 2 inches taller and my goal is about 10 pounds less.

I have no idea where these figures came from; but if you want to see how muscular a man must be to be a lean 215lbs at 5'8", Google "Mike Mentzer".
