  • Dry/water fasting for weight loss, amazing results

Water fast-Only drinking water/salt water, you eat nothing else for 5+ days (some people last 10+) and then your body enters autophagy.

Dry fasting is 3x more powerful, a hard dry fast consists of no water/food or even contact with water (showering, hand washing etc.) for about 36+ hours (some people can last a week like this guy)

Autophagy was discovered in 2016 by a Nobel prize winning scientist, Dr. Fung. Basically when your body goes into autophagy it starts to consume itself, your fats, bad/dying cells in your body, even the skin itself (I've seen people have their loose skin tightened by it). He came up with this theory after not seeing any POW's or holocaust victims with any loose skin (this is also observable in animals like emaciated bears or elephants).

It's supposed to be very healthy for you (as long as your Dr. approves it first), it's supposed to detox your body and it raises your HGH/testosterone levels extremely high inducing rapid healing. I'm going to try it myself, I've seen A LOT of people have success with it. Even people that were obese and lost their weight had very little loose skin as opposed to someone who did low calorie dieting which took way longer.

This woman did dry/water fasting throughout the month on/off and didn't do it for more than 36 hours iirc, you can see her skin tightening just from fasting:

This woman should probably have some major loose skin but as you can see it looks like very little (87lbs lost from fasting, they call it the "snake diet")

If you do it let us know how it goes. Maybe take before and after pics if you feel comfortable posting them.

I do intermittent fasting and feel great on it. But obviously what you're talking about is a little more extreme.

Fasting has been used throughout history as a cure for many ailments and diseases. It is even mentioned in the bible. Yes it works wonders, but most people don't do it because its very difficult mentally and physically to work through. Also, of course, modern medical practitioners will not recommend it because they cant make money from it.
You will loose fat and even your face will even change to a more youthful appearance. loose skin can take awhile, but eventually will tighten with fasting, exercise and proper diet....A low carb diet with proper daily macronutrients. No sugar
I recommend starting with daily fasts 16-24hrs before moving on to multi day water and dry fasts. Your body will get used to burning your fat instead of food and it will get easier after 6 months or so. Until that you'll be a hungry MF. I'd say unless you have some type of preexisting medical condition, no need to see a doctor before starting. Fasting will cure type 2 diabetes for sure

Is this the snake juice guy? He's hilarious, HEY FATTIE! Anyways fasting is a valid option but I wouldn't do it without PROPER advice, not broscience from the web and in a time frame where you aren't busy. I'm actually considering doing one in a few weeks when I have a week off of work.

Are you trying to gain muscle? Lift weights, eat at a caloric surplus and make sure you get enough carbs, fats, and protein.

Fasting isn't complicated, just don't eat, that's it. Your gonna be hungry until your body switches over to burning fat. After that, you should be good. Its completely normal for your body to do this. fat is the extra food you've eaten that was never used.... your body just stored it away as fat for later. You are finally accessing it by not putting more food in to burn. I'd say try skipping breakfast first and push lunch out as far as possible. Try to exercise during the fast. Get used to doing some daily 24hr fasts before the multiple day fasts. I've always used water and coffee while fasting. have not tried the dry fast yet.
