    If it's against your nature, why force it? You can train for health and not sparr or fight.

      clean and jerks.. and make sure you pop your calf back, the same one that is your rear foot in your stance.

      t bar row press ups with the rear calf being the one you flex to complete the rep.

      deadlifts
      standing leg deadlifts

      look into jeff fenechs arm and shoulder conditioning videos. practice them,

          Agree. Similar to me enjoying touch or flag football. No way in hell am I playing tackle. Last time I did that I couldn't turn my head to the left for five days.

                  It's not in everyones DNA; don't try to be somethin youre not. Maybe just stick to the training aspect of it as a form of exercise.
