Unless you are trying to lose a significant amount of weight, you should increase your calorie intake. I recommend 'MyFitnessPal' which is a free app. It tells you how much you should eat to lose, maintain or gain weight depending on your goals. Super helpful to keep a track of your eating habits. Good luck!

The *** is this? You trying to enter a bodybuilding competition? Eat some food man, like it's been said, more carbs, a lot more carbs to go with the meat, turn your greens into blends to take it in easier.

            Being helpful now.

Stick in some skinny lattes in there as drinks, get about 10g of protein in each hit.

Your diet is boring, can you do this everyday for the rest of your life?

Swap the chicken for cod, lean red meats. Get the salmon in, and the prawns.

Get some wholemeal toast in there.

            Porridge with walnuts.

How you getting your sugars, fruits?

What’s your fatty foods, the nuts?

            Mix things up!

Up the carbs a lot, you will live longer, try 50% carbs? Keep protein at about 20% to keep your liver functioning. Fats are good too at about 30%.

Basically I am saying your current meal plan is not good.... and needs serious work.

Nobody can stick on any diet forever. You always have to binge here and there to stay sane.
