A little tight. Don't make a fist from the start. It slows down your hands.

Try it. Make a tight clenched fist then shadow box.
Then make a relaxed fist and shadow box.

whether I make a tight fist or throw an open hand I am still just as fast. Have you fought amateur or professionally? I guess that the right hand that Thomas Hearns clipped Roberto Duran with must have been an open hand, because it was damned fast...….Rockin'

Err, yes it would. And it will tire you faster .
WTF? I'm actually arguing this ?
You start with a relax fist then tighten up/contract inches before contact.
Hell Duran used to hook with limp wrists and tighten before contact.

Go ahead, shadow box for rounds with tight clinched fists .
                  Have at it .
Then tell Andre Ward to shadow box with clinched fists.
                  Dude, get a clue.
Pros do not shadow box with clinched fists.
I have no clue where you train.
Save your resume . I'm not interested .

Take your backyard boxing bullsheet some where else where they might actually believe sheet like that. You're just putting your foot in your mouth..…...Rockin'
