    I'm 6'1, 172 around 13% body fat I'm tryna be 175-178 below 10% so I can pop out of my shirts a lil. ��

    • wouldn't eating 200-400 calories more than you burn a day and 2-3 days of weights a week make you bigger

      that's a lot of damn calories tho for me would be like 3700/day
