Does water trigger the secretion of stomach acid? I thought only food did that?

You know what. You right brotha. This **** is just another fitness fad. I wouldn't drink it myself anyway. Stay all natural.

To be honest, I never had an issue with drinking tap water - but most people wont drink it.

I fill a gallon jug with tap water and put it in the frig for a half hour. Tastes better than bottled water imo

Ive seen reports where it was claimed to be safer, because the water is always moving so bacteria cant build up

Apparently Fiji water brand contained arsenic levels that were like 6 or 10 times that of Cleveland, Ohio water. Cleveland is notorious for ****ty water...

I'm sure other bottled water brands are just as bad.

Evian is the truth. **** all other bottled water.

The bottom line for me is that the placebo effect is scientifically proven to be effective up to 30%. Whether the Evian water is truly increasing my levels of hydration and endurance or not, if I think it is then it has the potential to be effective.

Acidic water is not a good source of healthy minerals and apparently minerals are 30% easier to absorb in water. I know Evian has magnesium, calcium, potassium, silica, and others in it.

I also think its better for your teeth.

I guess acidic water can also leach bad metals from pipes, which is one of the reasons I don't drink tap water. My area has bad tap water anyway, so I try to avoid it.

I use EHM alkaline water pitcher because Whenever I switch back to "regular bottled water" which is not alkaline I can always feel the difference. My skin is brighter after drinking alkaline water, I don't get sick, and I feel better mentally.

Put a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) in a gallon bottle of store brand water and there ya go.

buy a big container of the soda and you can also soak your gym clothes in it.

Any basic salt will raise PH.

Not every basic salt delivers minerals used by the muscles.

Be smart about ingredients and look for potassium based ingredients and **** like that.
