And your chin is wide open in the air. Tuck that sucker in and don't lean so much forward.

What you can do is learn proper punching technique from a trainer because your right hand specifically isn't even there. You have one of those muscle bound punches that you see on guys who spend all the time lifting weights.

Your jab to, it's just a flick or slap. Not a real jab from the shoulder. Power on the jab comes mainly from the shoulder. Punch from the shoulder, not from the fist. Also, there isn't much snap on your punches which comes from lack of proper mechanics.

I can't do anything for you on the internet. I could sit here typing plenty of paragraphs and it won't do anything. Go to a real gym and learn the craft. Don't be scared to be humble.
How are you measuring the power of my right? The bottom of the bag is the heaviest.

After the 5 minute mark, I was throwing right hands with good power and the bag almost hit the mirror behind it. There's no point in punching that hard with each punch because you're not working anything.

But Sounds good. Show me one of the pros doing bag work.. Canelo, Floyd, Yarde, Broner, Stevens, Ward, etc all look similar on the heavy bag.. Why is that?

You'll be working your muscles to last in a fight where you are throwing your shots hard.

Work light and you'll suffer in a fight, so work hard......Rockin'

Fair enough. You recommend doing what I did at the 5 minute mark for the duration of the round?

Ill have to get a much bigger bag

Every minute of every round should be worked something like the 5 minute mark, except with something defensive after you finish throwing. You do that and you'll just end up in shape. Why would you ever want to throw a **** shot while training......Rockin'

I've seen many professional boxers throw those shots for the duration of their bag work. I'm talking elite level boxers... Canelo, Floyd, Ward, etc... All of them aren't blasting for minutes at a time

But then again maybe they're in a different place during their training

I've seen this as well, both on videos and locally. Even at my rookie level I do bag work where the bag is barely moving all the way up to greater impacts.
