Hey bro i feel you, just a quick share of my sentiment. And maybe your Coach just wants to see your will and durability in the ring.
And truth be told bro we nearly be the same, Philippine boxers here start as early as 9 y/o and only dream of becoming pro as early as 17 (they cheat the Birth Cert.). **** that right? So there's this guy that we have in the GYM that has been fighting Amateurs from 9-17, with over 500+ fights and 350+ wins. and 11 years experience as a pro with 20+ wins but 10+ loss. And i actually get better day by day and fight him and others nearly every week and demoralized a **** load of times, being floored and feeling the disgrace. after a year or so I actually learned to be an actual pro by just playing with the Pros. For only after 1 year of dedication. Hardwork beats talent, when talent doesn't work...
Thing is bro since you've only got less than a month under you, Boxing is repetitive and hard, makes it hard to motivate yourself. When you got at least the basics and technique, go out for tournaments and you also have to try out and spar in other gyms, like just go in and ask if someone can spar with you. Be brave, like what Manny in his early adulthood did when boxers come to their gym to spar he volunteers to take them on. I even heard mexicans do the same. but of course in moderation too. Train to be a beast not physically but also mentally.
With all that said, You need to always be motivated. Find a foundation to be determined about. Cause most people who dream to be champions lose their motivations with losing streaks.Provide for your family, or Mayweather's rich lifestyle or Manny's determination to rise from poverty.
Goodluck bro.

And today i had my first sparring session against a 6ft+ dude who was like 10-12kg bigger than me. I'm 5 9" and 54 kg. And that sparring session happened after 1 hour of hard training. So getting to the point... I got whooped pretty bad. The partner was easy on me but his shots were very accurate and kept hitting me on body and nose and Eye. And being exhausted i could barely lift my hands up. And i kept getting hit. It lasted for around 10mins+ without any break. And i don't know why but i feel extremely sad and demoralized. I dream of being a top boxer like Mayweather and such things happen on the 3rd day itself. So can anyone out here help me out.
Now you get to chose to get better or quit. What're you going to do?

I ain't gonna quit now...I'm getting better sparring with the same dude who is 15kgs heavier than me. I'm now landing some good shots on them and my defense is improving. I get hit sometimes bad but its okay. Its been only 2 months now. Soon I'll be Whooping them by putting in hardwork and dedication.

Everyone gets humbled in the ring. Don’t be discouraged. Focus on making adjustments. Listen to those who give you feedback, it’s the sweet science so solely relying on physical conditioning doesn’t mean you’ll be more successful in the ring. When you spar it’s your time to put in work and test the waters, experiment with ideas that you may have, it’s all trial and error. Good luck
