        I cut out all alcohol over the past few months and I think it's helped lose some additional body fat, as well as helped with overall hydration. I never really felt any negative effects from drinking (no hangover, etc), but definitely think its been a positive addition to my diet.

          How much of it did you drink? Most people can lose a ton of weight by cutting out soda.

            A glass of wine or a beer shouldn't be a problem, but don't go more if you are about to work out. Preferably none.

              They says a glass of wine a day is actually very healthy. Some people who are very old, 100 and above, swear by wine.
