Reminds me of a guy I once saw in the gym. He wasn't really big, I would say a build like the kid above and he was doing "7" plates on each side on one of the hammersmith machines. Everyone was watching in awe.

The plates were real. It could have just been the angle he was doing. He also had long arms. Not sure if that was a plus or a minus in that situation. When you use a flat bench, usually a person with shorter arms can do more weight because it doesnt have as far to go with the reps.

I knew a dude once that was Chinese that had an insane bench and was in the 154 range and he was clean I guarantee it. We were kids at the time so if he stuck to it I could imagine him doing 4 plates. Once in a life time you meet special people like that and often times they have a story to tell.

Wasnt there a video of Mosley doing some crazy deadlifts of 500-600 pounds.

But then again he could have been balco'd out.

I remember when George Foreman was commentating on HBO him saying that Mosley could squat 500 lbs.

He got off PEDs after the Margarito fight when he had to give his deposition...that was 2009. It's hard to remember exactly when but somewhere between early to mid 2000's so yeah...he was juicing then for sure.

I may have to give Conte a call for some of those SNAC pills then.
