You seem stiff. Dont be scared to commit to your punches.

You need to do more with that left hand. Easy to be a someone when you know everything is coming from the back. You need to work on a mean left hook to the body.

Sparring for two years? Why are you doing 1:30 minute rounds? Why isn't your right elbow against your rib cage instead of winged out? Why are you dropping your left hand? Why aren't you snapping your punches? Who is the weirdo white guy telling you what to do when he looks like a$$ himself?

Looks like an MMA gym or some weirdo kickboxing gym. Leave --- now.

My advice, leave that gym asap. After 6 months I had already fought in the gloves and won the novice division in my class. 2 years in I was ****ing with champions holding my own. You're way behind for two years.

I hope you're not paying these fools.

          Lastly, wrong section.

              Are you having fun?
              Are you hurt?
Are you using the stuff you worked on?

That's really your criteria for a beginner.

Since blue shirt guy was in the shot more than you were, why was he moving his left hand up and down so often?

hard to critique when you are out of shot for 2/3 of the vid

rear hand drops when left throws, left drops when right throws, get out of that habit ASAP

more snap in your punches are needed

                Chin too high

                Punches were repetative

Aside from the critiques others have made, I'd like to see more aggression and body work. he had the reach advantage, luckily for you had had bad defense and a bad jab. Generally you should work on getting on the inside and going to the body, his low guard was ripe for an overhand right, i think you caught him once or twice with it, you need to add more punches to your arsenal, your jab isn't bad but it's not authoritative and you should jab to the body more, incorporate more head movement and change levels as you go in and out of range, tuck your chin in at all times you got caught once on your way out.
