I'm pretty new to boxing but that's just my opinion.
they get heavily muscled because they do bodybuilding like exercise with weights thats why they are sculptured

i think its quite easy to be fat and train hard its more about calories and diet even at this extreme, they are not marathon runners

its also about how you train or do not train ie a calerie supless long distance running no bodybuilding = fat not muscle, they choose to build big muscles

that guy does an insane amount of work and hes still fat because he eats more than he burns and he doesn't put special effort into that

you need the bodybuilding stimulus to get big muscles

you also need a calorie surpless to get big muscles

so all the big muscled guys could be fat since they get plenty of calories to grow big muscles, but they choose to create bodybuilding muscle not fat

    you'll learn newbie

In the study they looked at elite karate athletes and found that one rep max of bench press and squats was positively correlated with punch acceleration. By necessity the punching force would be greater as well because they are generating more momentum. A greater amount of muscle mass contributes to strength, you only have to look at power lifting to see that. The higher the weight class the higher the records are. So the more muscle mass you have, the harder you will hit.

That's an unreliable study. The margin of error is almost 25% and over half of the participants are women.

Lol, seriously. Some people seem to think good technique creates energy out of nothing. Um, no. Nobody defies the laws of thermodynamics.

Good technique amplifies speed and power massively
