If you have strong legs and weak/chubby upper body -- as you suggest -- the power you generate with your legs just vanishes as you hit. Even if you only have weak fists, it's enough to make you weak.

Controversial Alex Kid: If you want to put on weight, put on fat not muscle!

The trick or troll technique is based on a false assumption that if you are slow to realize its a troll you are ******, but even if you are very bright it can be impossible to tell its a troll till later on.
Unoriginal troll attempt.
Troll wasted his time energy and effort I ending up laughing at him hahaha

Maybe muscle and fat together is better than muscle alone or maybe not, fat alone is far inferior. Muscle on the midsection is a must neck appears optional but I would have said its a must

You can get alot of mass without much strength increase, so those power lifters in the HW division have a very inefficient strength to size ratio compared to other power lifters in lower classes because it makes no difference if they have extra hypertrophy/calories it may help them a bit so they do it, it doesn't help their strength proportionately like you suggest. - This is not something smart to do in boxing where cardio is a huge factor
Strength has a poor correlation to punching power but again its a positive one so the scientific study is right but they dont show the weak improvement in punching power compared to the big improvement in strength or speed in normal movements.

Just increasing the weight limit by 6kg, or 13.2lb increased the bench press record by 20kg, or 44lb. That's a massive difference in bench press compared to the small amount of weight gain. If we look at the open weight class the record is almost three times that of the 53kg weight class.
And with what I demonstrated with my previous scientific study, the stronger you are the harder you hit. So building muscle mass will make you stronger and thus hit harder.

The 130 guys are stronger than Lennox Lewis, meaning Lewis has alot of bulk that doesnt do much except burn oxygen and add weight to the punch like fat could for less oxygen
mY POINT IS A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF STRENGTH CAN BE GAINED BEFORE THERE NEEDS TO BE A SIZE INCREASE
PEOPLE ARE PUTTING ON SIZE WAY TOO EARLY BEFORE THEY NEED TO AND CAN GET THE SAME STRENGTH AT A MUCH LESSER SIZE/WEIGHT, THEY ARE EFFECTIVELY BODYBUILDING
I KNOW THIS COULD BE MORE TROLLING BUT I LIKE TEACHING YOU AND YOU LIKE LEARNING FROM MELast edited by AlexKid; 03-24-2017, 11:50 AM.

tHE BONE ALIGNMENT DOES THAT, YOU DONT NEED MUSCLE TO HOLD YOUR ARM OUT STRAIGHT
GO GET A PLASTIC SKELETON STRAIGHTEN OUT THE ARM AND SHOVE IT AGAINST THE WALL
IT WILL MOST LIKELY BE A SOLID HIT
IF YOU GET THE ANGLE WRONG IT WILL BEND AND GIVE AT THE ELBOW
POINT IS IT HAD 0 MUSCLE AND STILL TRANSFERRED TEH FORCE
ALSO AGAIN YOU CAN BE STRONG AND SMALL IN MUSCLE SIZE, SO YOUR POINT IS ******ED

I think that the biggest reason that most of the pros aren't fat is because they exercise a lot and it's pretty hard to get fat while exercising that much. And the same reason is behind the sculpture looking bodies if you train around 8 hours a day all week(?) you will end up looking like a sculpture.
I'm pretty new to boxing but that's just my opinion.
