So MAY cause every symptom ever ?

There's never been a single study showing any link to creative and kidney damage. How on earth can it block your kidneys and how on earth can that lead to water retention ?

Its a myth that comes from the fact that creatinine is a by product of creatine and also used as a test for kidney health.

    Get a new doctor

You're description of how it work was hilarious 😂

Doctors arent athletes and usually have FALSE placbo tests bc they dont have the right subjects and incorrect data bc of it . On the contrary creatine is so powerful ,its actually an anti oxidant and it slows the aging process down by protcting the cells from oxidation . This jaded character gets his info from internet articles ,i guarantee thats who his Doctor friend is.The Mayo clinic ? Ha that says it all.lol

Ive been on creatine steady for 20 years hes an imbecile !

You even have kids on here who never even stepped foot in a actual fitness gym (you know who you are ) ,but somehow know it all?

Well well.."Mr Small Man's Complex" comes in to offer his 2 cents...you probably don't even know who The Mayo Clinic is.

You're just a bloated insecure little guy who needs creatine to try to look bigger. In another 20 years you'll probably be dead. Nobody takes you seriously on here.

That's a classic "Small Man's Complex" response right there...you do that all the time. Truth is...if you're that fat bloated guy in the middle...at 170lbs you must be even shorter than I thought.

More Small Man's syndrome talk...you should try to get help with that it's pitiful. You only embarrass yourself when you post old boy...like with that bag thread. We all had a good laugh over that one. You're buddy Ray Corso said it best...remember this? Thanks for the laughs.

Oh...and nice call on Ronda Rousey...you're the only one on here who didn't see the obvious. Some tough guy you are.
