everything looks decent to me,if youre after criticism .you dont turn in to quite a bit of your punches, your jab is weak go to 5;26 and notice its nothing ,sure its probaby tiredness or something but i never noticed one power jab and i stopped watching at this point, reminded me of a wrestler punch just need to turn into them like when you hook

if you throw jabs like that an opponant is going to dismiss it as a threat and it wont be good for setting up the left hand which is what weak jabs are normally used for

just jabbing like that and staying so static(not creating angles with it) once your opponant realises as soon as you throw that he'll counter everytime and just eat it,hell have time to because your left is the only thing thats going to stop him in his tracks

That's an interesting point of view regarding the way I vary my jab.

I'm a midwest guy myself, so your stance is actually my favorite bit. Narrow, long, weight loaded on the rear foot, hands in front to occupy space and create traffic. Also dig the footwork, well balanced, weight in the hips not the shoulders, able to move mid combination, and varied exits after your combinations. Fantastic job creating those angles as well, economical and precise. Never overreached, properly stepped into your shots. I just saw a lot of great things.

I'm not from Detroit, but my coach was.He was one of Bill Millers guys. I've Always had a fondness of the boxing culture there.

I remember Bill Miller when he was at Kronk, he was a good guy and a friend of the family. I also remember when he moved on to Galaxy Gym to train James Toney.
                  Thanks for watching.

Lookin' good for an ol' man. I remember when you guys were training at Galaxy, you were just a kid then. Do you remember me from there. Kinda long time though. I was the guy always pressing Salmaci and Bronco, And anybody who stepped in with me. White guy who used to fight out of Livonia. You must remember my trainer Johnny Moore, loudest most relentless trainer in that gym.......
