      doubt its going to be too helpful. The simple advice would be to spar more. The best way of addressing any kind of nervousness/phobia/anxiety is by exposing yourself to that situation as much as possible. Because the more you do something, the less nervous you get, there is a scientific term for it but ive forgot what its called

        Best thing to do would be learn to control your mind. Most people are scared to spar as a beginner. It's called fear and it can control you or you can control it.

        Cus D'amato was a great teacher on the subject. Try reading about what he taught and listen to Mike Tyson talk about fear.

          I wouldn't recommend any type of muscle relaxant before sparring. I would recommend meditative breathing exercises to relax you, calm your mind, and release the anxiety, stress and tension. Medications of any type can potentially make you sluggish and lethargic, even though you may not feel the effects. If you do continue with the herbal supplement, you may want to video your session and evaluate your performance afterwards.

            Yeah I fcuk with those every once and a while. I probably don't do them nearly as much as I should.
