on the bag,you don't react to a Heavy bag it for execution of what you are tryin g to accomplish,obviously you wuill react to the opponent different,i haven't seen one video of real tight defense on Hb work,you wouldn't really know any of this b/c I know you haven't trained in a gym or by a trainer. I do numerous routines ion a bag .power/speed drills/counter punch drills...etc...you are an imbecile to ACT like you know what you are looking at. lol

It wasnt very safe. Thought it would toughen my hands up. My knuckles did grow calcium deposits, but I got a boxers fracture and cut up knuckles 3x so I had to use 16s again.

Gloves too small. Video looks like it's been tampered with. You're only fooling yourself.
