Be sure you're protecting your hands.

Good posture and footwork. Maybe move that head around a bit because it's always stationary. The only time your chin is tucked is when you're going to the body so it's a bit of a tell. Don't develop that habit or you'll get timed.
Looking good so far though. Keep it up.

Good pop in your punch like others stated.

The small gloves I have on was an oldschool Idea I had to toughen my hands up. I did sorta grow extra knuckles as a calcium build up. I also wanted to practice aiming and digging my knuckles into the bag, I found big gloves encouraged me to not think about where my hand connects

Ok. Apologies in advance for this critique.

Your leaving your right hand dangerously low. Especially when in close throwing left rip to body. Asking for trouble there.

You cross your feet when moving right. Be sure to always move the right foot first when moving right, left foot when going left.

After your attack on the body and you want to finish upstair, don't lift your head. Keep the chin down as you where your opponent is, don't need to lift your chin in the air to throw a punch or look for him.

When your throwing your straights, try to have chin down a little more and turn the punches over more. Your fist is 45 degree angle with thumb pointing upwards when u connect. For practice you can punch on 45 degree with thumb pointing down. This will help bring your shoulder up for more protection.
I prefer being hit on the forehead or top of head over the chin any day of the week.

Try mix to combos up a bit. Its always left then right then left then right. Break the rythm up. Try 2 1 1 2, that is lead right, two quick jabs, then power right. Or jab, left upper, left hook (lean a little to the left after jab to avoid the traffic and have bodyweight left side for hook). Just change it up, keep them guessing, not every combo.

If your coming into short range, sqaure off a bit, bring your right foot up so it not far behind your left. Don't try to box short range with a longe range stance.

Make sure yoir accurate with your punches. Some of your hooks look like it would hit him on the upper part of his arm/shoulder.

That's about all before i start getting fussy.

I try not to critique to harshly on bagwork, but a couple things that can remain relevant:

First, develop a quicker cadence to your combinations. Instead of "boom...boom...boom...boom", string them together "BoomBoomBoomBoom" (not easy to explain through text). You're not bad, you show it well here and there. But that body work has got you greedy and admiring your work too much to follow up a little more reasonably. You'll be at 132, definitely have to keep that sort of thing consistent.

Second, I can tell you're favoring the shift of weight on to your left leg quite of bit. Typically the biggest indicator for me is I notice you tend to not pivot your rear foot when you throw your right hands too often. Also this will affect your footwork quite a bit. You're going to find that you can't hit AND move much. Center your weight out.

Lastly, take it with a grain of salt. You're little too square for my liking. But, I'm a Midwest guy, I like super narrow posture... haha.

You seem to have good snap in your punches, but you gotta work that footwork man.
