Should I Run EVERYDAY

    You can easily run everyday if you start out light. A mile a day to start, maybe even half a mile a day. Every week add half a mile to your distance and in ten weeks you'll be doing five miles a day like it's nothing. That's what I do.

    Make sure you stretch out after each run. Concentrate your stretches on the hamstrings and calfs to prevent knee pain, most knee pain is from tightness in those muscles.

    Also, practise being light on your feet as you run, don't slap your foot down each step, try to make as little noise as possible and you'll be lighter on your feet and do less damage to your joints.
