        yeah correct (according to evidence), theory of ice is to prevent inflammation, however a normal inflammatory response is needed to help repair. so in theory icing just delays this process. However some people do swear by them so who knows

          If this is for boxing than make sure to take advantage of what squats will do for you in the ring. Especially push yourself with these.

            Do you take supplements? Leg muscles are the largest in the body & will drag you down when they are fatigued. You need a good recovery drink. A good pre and intra wouldn't hurt either. Look into Evogen products- evogennutrition.com
