I don't care how long you've watched boxing, or how many people you beat up "street boxing". You're boxing a bunch of chumps, and you watch boxing, this doesn't mean you can do **** in a gym. As a matter of fact I know you can't do **** in a gym, you'd get your ass whooped by a beginner boxer, BUT i'm not saying you can't become a good boxer. I'm just letting you know you will realize the true SKILL involved in REAL boxing. You don't learn this from watching boxing or street boxing, you learn this from boxing in a real gym with a real trainer. Good luck.

every righty feels it more comfortable in the southpaw stance. i used to do the same thing the jab is strong so is the lead hook but i rather have a strong cross. Now that my stance is orthadox my jab is more accurate then it was when it was a right jab. You got to get your weak hand to be useful

Funny thing is that one of my boys boxes. He has 1 year of expierence. He try to catch me with jabs.. Ha i was moving my head. If you see me box you would think that i went to a gym. Watch ima record me and my boy boxing you will see what im talking about. Im not one of those guys that telegraph everypunch. I never got schooled.. But i did get hit hard. But never touched the floor. Just shaked it off. I boxed people way heavyier than me and took there punches. What im trying to say is that i know that i would be a good boxer. Why? Because you know how some people go to the gym not knowing **** how to throw jabs or punches or what ever. I accually know the basics. I bet if you was a trainer you would want to train me.

Then your boy prolly sucks at boxing, not everyone that boxes is good at it, and your friends an idiot if he is a boxer with a years experience and is boxing cats who don't box. Sorry bro but know way you truely know how to box until you have really trained, you cant learn from jus watching it, it is as simple as that.

there is so many little things that you will do that only a true trainer will point out. The way you move your feet and your hands and everything. Just cause you can throw punches without telegraphing them and can move your head doesn't mean anything, there are many other things you don't even notice by just watching boxing.

And im going to do it! Take a good look at my picture! You will hear about me!

Ok good luck, but i am just saying you need to work at it to become a great boxer, your not just going to go in there and be a great boxer liek it seems like you think. You have no training,so whether you think so or not, you have a loooooooot of work to do. But if your ok at boxing, then that is a good start, better them coming in and not knowing how to throw a punch. But im just saying, without any real training you cant really know how to box right, but good luck with training. Hopefully you will liek it and stick with it.

you remind me of myself b4 i joined a boxing gym and started sparring real boxers. i watched amateurs and thought i cud whoop dem and it seemed pretty easy to be real good but once i got to the gym, it was a different. i also did streetboxing like you and trust me, guys on the street have virtually no defense compared to any amateur boxer. you probably think i dont know what im talkin about but you will when you join a gym and spar for your first time against an amateur boxer.
