Does anyone here know a good strenght and core training routine?
How much time per week do you train your core?
How much time per week do you do exercises with weights?
What strenght exercises are the best for boxing?
Push-ups/Sit-ups and pull-ups everyday?
I just can't seem to find any good information anywhere, and if there is any it is not good explained or they only tell you what exercises are good but not how often you should do them.
I got my cardio and boxing lessons covered all I have to know is how many times per week should I work on my bodyweight exercises and or weight exercises and how many reps/sets. Somehow that's the only information that is not really explained.. Maybe I should ask my boxing coach anyway.
One more question, how often should I work on the speedball outside of the gym? Would 4 days in a week be enough? Doing it like 10-15 minutes?
