FWIW, flax is actually not a great source of omega 3 due to poor absorption. But, it's great for omega 6 (for those who need it) and, as you said, good in fiber. Just wanted to share because I used to use flax thinking I was getting a lot of omega 3.
Every grocery store has fiber powder, and it's typically naturally derived. I think it's much better to get it from vegetables though because you get minerals as well, in addition to a full feeling that is conducive to weight loss.
