FWIW, flax is actually not a great source of omega 3 due to poor absorption. But, it's great for omega 6 (for those who need it) and, as you said, good in fiber. Just wanted to share because I used to use flax thinking I was getting a lot of omega 3.

Every grocery store has fiber powder, and it's typically naturally derived. I think it's much better to get it from vegetables though because you get minerals as well, in addition to a full feeling that is conducive to weight loss.

Yeah I read that fish oil trumps flax seed in the omega 3 department and I started taking it last week, 2 capsules after every mean and I have been drinking an orange fiber drink before I go to bed and when I get to work and let me tell you I think it solved my bloated problem. lol Ive been taking major craps but I feel so much more alive. Fast food & soda really got me in a bad place physically in just 7 weeks. I also upped my greens as you suggested, the fiber drinks helped me feel full.

Good to hear, man. Like I say, it doesn't work for everyone but sure as hell works for me. It's insane how, despite the fact that our bodies are built to consume a good amount of vegetables and fibrous materials every day, the American diet is just devoid of that. Took me feeling like garbage to finally figure that out.
